Can an unlikely pair be the perfect match?
When twenty-four year old Eddie Taylor joins cruise liner, the MV Dreamcatcher as a dancer, he thought traveling and performing would be the highlight of his life. He never imagined the Dreamcatcher would lead him to hook his fantasy man.
Silver fox, Captain Will Preston, doesn’t date crew members. It doesn’t set a good example for the captain to be bed swapping, but instant attraction has him rethinking his rule for the spunky dancer. Sparks fly and chemistry sizzles in paradise. But Will wants more. Is Eddie his dream catch?
I Adored this wonderful, sexy, feel good novella. I fell in love with Will and Eddie’s story from the very start. It’s raw, passionate and just so tender that it kept a smile on my face and a glow in my heart from start to finish. The story is so well written that you will feel every emotion, every fear, every smile, every beat of Will and Eddie’s hearts. It’s Simply Wonderful.
Will is a handsome man who is also the captain of the cruise ship. After his shift, the first day at sea, he returns to his room to shower and get some rest. However he quickly discovers his shower is broken and it starts to flood his cabin. While waiting on repairs, the only place for his to shower is in the employees area. Heading there he hears music and stops to see what’s going on. That is when Will gets his first glimpse of Eddie.
Eddie is a beautiful young male dancer that joined up to perform on the cruise ship in order to see the world. After his opening night performance, he goes to the stage room to dance his way and unwind. When he hears a noise in the shadows he calls out “who’s there”. That is when Eddie gets his first glimpse of Will.
The instant attraction between these men is nothing short of instantaneous. But Will’s been through a lot of pain and hurt in his past. Something Eddie picks up on very quickly. Watching them get to know one another, the tender way they approach a possible relationship is nothing short of mesmerizing. 2 Thumbs up for a great read. One I highly recommend reading, you won’t be sorry.
Ann Grech:
By day Ann Grech lives the corporate world and can be found sitting behind a desk typing away at reports and papers or lecturing to a room full of students. She graduated with a PhD in 2016 and is now an over-qualified nerd. Glasses, briefcase, high heels and a pencil skirt, she’s got the librarian look nailed too. If only they knew! She swears like a sailor, so that’s got to be a hint. The other one was “the look” from her tattoo artist when she told him that she wanted her kids initials “B” and “J” tattooed on her foot. It took a second to register that it might be a bad idea.
She’s never entirely fit in and loves escaping into a book—whether it’s reading or writing one. But she’s found her tribe now and loves her MM book world family. She dislikes cooking, but loves eating, can’t figure out technology, but is addicted to it, and her guilty pleasure is Byron Bay Cookies. Oh and shoes. And lingerie. And maybe handbags too. Well, if we’re being honest, we’d probably have to add her library too given the state of her credit card every month (what can she say, she’s a bookworm at heart)!
