Synopsis

WOW WOW WOW! I have loved Jessica and Jesse since they first came together. But I knew in my heart, with everything Jessica has been through, that her story would not be an easy one but would easily touch my heart. I must say that Ms. Zurlo did not disappoint me in that department. In fact she wrote both Jesse and Jessica with such clarity and emotion that It seemed like I was tagging along on their journey and feeling everything they go through right along with them; the highs as well as the lows.

Ms Zurlo has written an amazing heartfelt storyline that will capture your heart and sear your soul. The love and adoration that Jesse has for Jessica (his Brat) will make you smile and melt like goo. But as much as you’ll soar at Jesse’s tenderness and patience, you’ll crash with Jessica and her inner turmoil.

Can Jesse, who loves Jessica to a fault, break through to the little girl that has lost so much. Can he convince the woman in her that he’s not trying to hold her back but help her fulfill her potential? What about Jessica; can she ever be what Jesse really needs and still be true to herself? Will Jessica ever recover and be the woman she once was? The push and pull between these two had me laughing, smiling and crying as we traveled the 1st part of their story.

This is an phenomenal storyline and a great addition to the series. I highly recommend reading this 5 star series, it’s simply amazing and this reader can’t wait to find out what happens next with Jesse and Jessica in part 2 of their journey.

I’m Michele Zurlo, author of the Doms of the FBI and the SAFE Security series and many other stories. I write contemporary and paranormal, BDSM and mainstream—whatever it takes to give my characters the happy endings they deserve.

I’m not half as interesting as my characters. My childhood dreams tended to stretch no further than the next book in my to-be-read pile, and I aspired to be a librarian so I could read all day. I ended up teaching middle school, so that fulfilled part of my dream. Some words of wisdom from an inspiring lady had me tapping out stories on my first laptop, so in the evenings, romantic tales flow from my fingertips.
