Synopsis:

We’ve all been there.

One minute, you’re sprawled out on your bed, minding our own business and the next you’re lying in the back seat of your best friend’s car as she races you to the ER.

And not the closest one either.

No. You’re headed to the one fifty miles farther out, because the one five minutes away is where you start your residency next week.

So there you are, lying in cubicle nine, hoping like hell that the doctor about to examine you isn’t young, sexy or male.

Of course he’s all three.

Telling him about the clitmaster7000 I have lodged inside me is by far the single most embarrassing moment of my life.

Discovering he’s my brother’s new roommate is even worse.

Adored this fast paced funny RomCom. I mean getting a “toy” lost in your vjay is in a sense funny enough, but add the fact that it’s still running and you can’t get it out just adds to the craziness. The author has truly written a very funny storyline with the perfect balance of humor, romance and endearing characters.

Laura decides to use an sexy shop gift card she was given as a gag gift. Having never used these type things, she failed to read all the instructions (I mean their use is pretty straight forward right)? We not to poor Laura as she had no clue it was for external use only. So yep, poor Laura loses the “toy” and can’t get it out and it’s causing her … well let just say she becoming exhausted so she calls her bestie for help. (Lordy that scene is a riot to read- lol). To make matters worse, she ends up in the ER with the sexiest man she’s ever seen as her doctor. After the worst hour of her life Laura is home and regrouping her life. She is fixing to start her internship at the hospital, she has her family, her cat and her bestie – so life is good. Well right up until she goes to a family dinner party and meets her brother’s house guest. Yep you guessed it, the sexy doctor from the ER, Luke, is her brother’s old college roommate. Let the Hilarity begin.

Laura and Luke seem to be destined to run into each other at every turn. Can Laura get over the embarrassment of their first meeting to give Luke a chance? Can Luke keep from sticking his foot in his mouth every time he tries to lighten the mood between them? When Kama or Life throws them both a curveball or two, or is that three or four curveballs, can they manage to be civil? This is a great romantic comedy and I highly recommend it. Your funny bone and your heart won’t regret it.
