    Synopsis:

    I was a good girl.
I ate my vegetables, volunteered at the local autism centre and sat in the front pew of church every Sunday.
    Then, I got cancer.
What the hell kind of reward was that for a boring life well lived?
I was a seventeen-year-old paradigm of virtue and I was tired of it.
So, when I finally ran into the man I’d been writing to since he saved my life as a little girl and he offered to show me the dark side of life before I left it for good, I said yes.
Only, I didn’t know that Zeus Garro was the President of The Fallen MC and when you made a deal with a man who is worse than the devil, there was no going back…

This is Daddy Zeus Garro’s story from Lessons In Corruption. A standalone in The Fallen Men Series.

    Review By Barbara:

Oh goodness where to start. I fell in love with the Garro family in book 1 (Lessons in Corruption). However I was a bit skeptical going into Welcome to the Dark Side (book 2) for personal reasons. The synopsis reads about a young girl who does everything right yet still develops cancer. Being a cancer survivor from a young age this subject at times is hard for me. But loving book 1 I decided to give it a go. I am so glad I did. The author has written an amazing storyline with a very strong young lady that didn’t let cancer define her while at the same time showing the importance of having a support system around you, no matter what the issues. What was so amazing to me was the fact those issues while a part of the plot did not overshadow the MC storyline. If anything at all, it totally enhanced it. For that I say Kudos to Ms. Darling for a job well done.

Zeus Garro is the Prez of the Fallen MC. He and the heroine of the story, LouLou, have been tied to one another since she was 7 years old and he saved her life (To bad her dad, the mayor, has it out for the Fallen MC and goes to the extreme to crush Zeus no matter the cost). As LouLou grows up she never loses her infatuation with the big bad biker that she thinks is her guardian angel. Her own Zeus God, lightning bolts and all. But is he? Or is he really the monster he claims to be? Will he always be there to save LouLou no matter the cost? Can she pull him through to the light or is he always going to be a part the Dark Side?

Such an amazing storyline and series. I highly recommend reading both books 1 & 2, you won’t be sorry you did. 2 Thumbs Up for a great MC Romance and this reader is anxiously awaiting book 3!
